Here's a summary of my latest exciting news:

Show news

We're on cloud nine again with results from the SLHCA show on 19^th April 2008

• Ch Stacym Quiddity got Reserve Grand  from Mrs Lyall in her 1^st grand class. I was very pleased with this result especially as the cat that won the grand was made Best in Show Somali later in the day

We're on cloud nine with results from the Somali Cat Club show on 15^th March 2008

• Ch Stacym Quintessence got Reserve Grand  from Mrs Gregory in her 1^st grand class. I was very pleased with this result especially as the cat that won the grand was made Best in Show Adult Female later in the day

• Ch Stacym Quiddity got her 3^rd Challenge Certificate from Mrs Prowse making her up to Champion

Great show results from the Shropshire Cat Club show on 2^nd February 2008

• Ch & Pr Stacym Quattrocento got BOB & his 3^rd Premier Certificate from Mrs Lyall & so was made up to Premier in 3 straight shows - he got made up to Champion in 3 straight shows too

• Stacym Quiddity got BOB & her 2^nd Challenge Certificate from Mrs Kilby - fingers crossed that she'll be made up to Champion at her next show

Congratulations to Brenda & Nick Cassells who have made their red boy Pr Stacym Nacart Nonsuch up to a Premier

More great news from the Manchester & District Cat Club show on 5^th May 2007 Ch Stacym Quintessence got her 3^rd Challenge Certificate from Mr Gow & so was made up to Champion in 3 straight shows

At the Cambridgeshire Cat Club show on 31^st March 2007

• Ch Stacym Quattrocento got his 3^rd Challenge Certificate from Mrs Denny & so was made up to Champion today in 3 straight shows. He was 2^nd in a big side class of 8 judged by Mrs Price
• Stacym Quintessence at her 2^nd Adult show got her 2^nd Challenge Certificate also from Mrs Denny, beating her brother to the BOB. She was placed 1^st in a big side class of 8 by Mr Scruton. She was 2^nd in a big side class of 8 judged by Mrs Tackley
• Stacym Quiddity stayed at home for this show

We enjoyed the Coventry & Leicester Cat Club show on 24^th February 2007, all 3 'kittens' were out at just 9 months & 3 weeks & got great results:

• Stacym Quattrocento got BOB & his 2^nd Challenge Certificate from Mrs Bullock & was 1^st in the Somali Cat Club Adult class by Mrs Butters
• Stacym Quintessence at her 1^st Adult show got her 1^st Challenge Certificate also from Mrs Bullock, beating her sister. She was placed 3^rd in the Somali Cat Club Adult class
• Stacym Quiddity was placed 2^nd in the open but beat her sister in all the side classes. She was  placed 2^nd in the Somali Cat Club Adult class

We had another great day at the Shropshire Cat Club show on 3^rd February 2007.

Ch & Pr Makeitso Isabella got her 3rd Premier Certificate from Mrs Allen making her up to Premier
I also took 2 of her 3 'kittens' for their 1^st adult show (they're just 9 months) & got great results:

• Stacym Quiddity got BOB & her 1^st Challenge Certificate from Mrs Lyall beating her brother for the BOB & in side classes
• Stacym Quattrocento got his 1^st Challenge Certificate also from Mrs Lyall - he got 2 1^st in side classes
• Stacym Quintessence unfortunately had a scratch so I didn't take her in case she was vetted out. She missed out on the prawns! Though everyone had chicken to celebrate when I got home

Ch Makeitso Isabella had a great day at the Notts & Derby Cat Club show on 20^th January 2007 with:

• nearly a red card day (1^st in 3 of her 4 classes) & got the Best of Breed (BOB)

• & her 2^nd Premier Certificate from Mrs Green

Ch Makeitso Isabella had a superb day at the North of Britain Long Hair & Semi Long Hair Cat Club show on 9^th December 2006 with:

• a red card day (1^st in all her 4 classes) & got the Best of Breed (BOB)

• & her 1^st Premier Certificate from Mrs Denny

The kittens in her 1^st litter did well in their 1^st show at the Yorkshire Cat Club show on 28^th October 2006:

• Stacym Quattrocento got BOB & 1^st in his kitten Open and equal 1^st in a side class with a Champion Somali
• Stacym Quintessence got 1^st in her kitten Open losing out to her brother for the BOB. The judge told me after there was next to nothing between them. She beat him in a huge side class coming 1^st out of 9 but was 2^nd to his 1^st in another side class
• Stacym Quiddity got 2^nd in her kitten Open losing out to her  sister. She came 2^nd in another side class beating both her sister & brother. AND 2 Somali breeders preferred like her the most!
